According to our sources, leaked images of an unannounced ZTE smartphone have made their way to World Design Guide. In details, ZTE entered a smartphone Iceberg to win an award under the “Product” discipline. Notably, ZTE went ahead and made this smartphone with two notches on the front. Instead of making an all-display smartphone, ZTE doubled the notch to maintain aesthetic symmetry as well as a front-facing loudspeaker into each notch.

On the other hand, another slab of glass connects the front and rear glasses to make the phone feel like “a fragment of ice”. Moreover, the phone also has wireless charging to come along with its 3400mAh battery box. From what we know so far, there are not many details regarding ZTE Iceberg specs. However, there would be dual 16MP primary sensors on the rear from what we witnessed.

Moreover, ZTE Iceberg camera includes another 12MP selfie lens with LED Flash. Also, the handset expects to sport Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset and Android Oreo 8.0. On the other hand, the device would start with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM. As far as it concerns, the memory space is expandable to 256GB via microSD card slot. Whereas, ZTE device rocks a 5.99-inch AMOLED display with QHD resolutions of 2560 x 1440 pixels. For the connectivity, the Iceberg shares LTE and 4G network and so much more.

According to our sources, the ZTE Iceberg is prepared to launch “after 2017″, then we expect to see the device around the second half of this year. Meanwhile, development time took 13-24 months.
