The Yu company has just released two new phones in the Indian market – Yu Yureka S and Yunique Plus. With the price under $200 ~ Rs. 13292, these phones are among the cheapest 4G LTE devices.

Yu Yureka S and Yunique Plus: budget 4G LTE phones

It has been a long time since Micromax released its new products. Now, its subsidiary – Yu – has just introduced two new phones: Yureka S and Yunique Plus. These two 4G LTE phones are the successors of Yu Yutopia and Yunique. As the successors, these devices come with a lot of stronger specs. First, let’s come to Yu Yureka S.

Yu Yureka S is powered by a SND 616 processor and runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It packs 3GB of RAM paired with 16GB of ROM. The memory can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB). For photography, you can use either a 13MP main camera or a 5MP front shooter. Other Yureka S specs include a 3000mAh battery life and a 5.2-inch Full HD display coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The second new phone from Yu is Yunique Plus. Yunique Plus specs are not as strong as Yureka specs. Under the hood, the device runs on SND 410 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Besides, there is an 8GB of expandable inbuilt storage (+32GB microSD card). The device is equipped with a 2MP selfie shooter and an 8MP rear camera. It is backed up with a 2000mAh battery and use Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS.

Yunique Plus and Yu Yureka S: price and availability.

Yu is one of the most successful brands in the Indian market. With these two smartphones, this brand expects to continue its success. Yu Yureka S and Yunique Plus release date are this week. About the price, Yureka S price is about Rs. 12999 ~ $195. Meanwhile, Yunique Plus price is much cheaper at Rs. 6999~ $105.
