After the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro, Xiaomi’s season of seven continues with the brand new Note 7S. As for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S camera system, this phone packs the 48MP primary camera. It is also highlighting its main selling point. The Redmi Note 7 series has been doing very well in India, reaching 2 million sales in just two months. Also, now the company is trying to reach even more customers with its latest addition to the line.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S specs feature a 6.3-inch FHD+ display with a water drop notch. The resolution of the screen is at 1080 x 2340 pixels. Moreover, there is a 13MP selfie lens for taking selfies and video calling. Besides, the device comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front. Meanwhile, covering the back side is the aluminum frame. On the other hand, powering the phone is Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset with a CPU running at 2.2 GHz.
The storage of the Note 7S packs 3GB or 4GB RAM and 32/64GB storage, expandable via microSD. Additionally, the highlight of the phone is around the back with dual 48MP (f/1.8) + 5MP (f/2.2) camera. Furthermore, the camera system also features Night Mode with multiple HDR exposures for better low light photography. The Redmi Note 7S will come in Onyx Black, Sapphire Blue, and Ruby Red. The device will be available starting May 23 online via Xiaomi’s website and Flipkart. Moreover, as for the cost, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S price starts at INR 10,999 ($158) for the 3/32GB model. Meanwhile, the 4/64GB variant goes for INR 12,999 ($187).
