The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 series smartphone is the successor of the Redmi Note 8 lineup. It includes the Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9S, Redmi Note 9 Pro, and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. Today, let us introduce you to the successor of the Redmi 8 dubbed Redmi 9. After getting certified by the FCC, this Xiaomi smartphone has been spotted on Thailand’s NBTC. First of all, regarding the display, the Redmi 9 specs pack a large 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels.
Besides, this device also has a 20:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Let’s move on to capacity. The powerhouse of the Redmi 9 is a non-removable Li-Po 4920mAh battery cell (typical should be 5000mAh or 5020mAh). In addition, it comes equipped with 18W fast charging. As for the hardware system, the Redmi 9 phone uses the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset.
