Ahead of the flagship Redmi K20 debut, Xiaomi’s sub-brand has announced the most affordable phone in its home country, the Redmi 7A. This phone is the successor to the Redmi 6A which was released last year. Furthermore, the Redmi 7A comes with an upgrade on the chipset. Now, let’s see what Xiaomi Redmi 7A can pack. Talking about the display, this phone ships with a 5.45-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels.

In addition, this phone features a trendy 18:9 aspect ratio. Speaking of the processor, the Redmi 7A is driven by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset instead of the MediaTek Helio A22 chipset. Furthermore, this phone sports 2GB/ 3GB of RAM and 16GB/ 32GB of internal storage with expandable storage via a MicroSD card up to 256GB. The handset also launches with Android 9.0 Pie-based MIUI 10.
