Xiaomi plans to sell up 100 million units in 2015
Xiaomi has a big passion to be the world’s largest smartphone makers within a decade, definitely beats out giant manufacturers Apple, Samsung as well. And, in fact, they has a significant development over 5 years ago.
At a recent event in Beijing, Lei Jun – Xiaomi’s Chief Executive said that in this year, Xiaomi plans to sell up to 100 million smartphones.
According to Tech Sina reports, Jun said their target is to sell from 80 to 100 million devices this year well. Besides, he hope along with an impressive amount of sold handsets, Xiaomi will get a generated revenue between CNY 100 billion and 200 billion in 2015 also.
In closely previous year, they sold over 61 million ones, having a significant increase of 227 percent compared to 2013’s sale report. In the first month of the same year, they has a total revenue of CNY 26.6 billion.
They also unveiled their two first flagships Xiaomi Mi Note as well as Xiaomi Mi Note pro which are definitely sold like hot cakes and have shaken the market up for a long time. Therefore, it’s understandable to know that they attend to sell 15 million shipping units this year.
