Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Review: 2K, SND 821, curved-edge
Today we’re having a Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Review, a device highly praised by its fans and tech lovers around the globe. Let’s see what this device has to offer!
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Review: Premium features, great display
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 design is interesting and kind of unique. Design-wise, the phone looks beautiful and gives a premium feeling, promising to be a heavy opponent for other flagships, especially from Samsung. The phone has two curved edges like some top-tier smartphones from Samsung. In terms of Xiaomi Mi Note 2 specs, it features a 5.7″ FHD display screen. However, the display is not as bright and brilliant as Samsung Galaxy Note 7 display due to lower resolution.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 comes with top-tier quality hardware: a Snapdragon 821 quad-core (2 x 2.35GHz + 2 x 1.6GHz), 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM or 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 cameras are another notable specs. The phone is mounted with a 22.5MP f/2.0 camera on the back, while the front camera is 8MP f/2.0. The cameras include manual mode with good granular controls.
Other features include a non-removable 4070mAh battery and Quick Charge 3.0 technology. The phone also has a fingerprint scanner mounted on the front and supports USB Type-C. Luckily enough, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 still has a 3.5mm audio jack. The phone will run on the latest Android 7.0 version with MIUI 8.0.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Review: Verdict
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a great phone for its price. However, the phone is not officially available in some countries like the US and needs to be purchased through other retailers. As for Xiaomi Mi Note 2 price, the phone is sold around $417 ~ Rs. 27990 for the 4GB RAM version and $520 ~ Rs. 34990 for the 6GB RAM version. It is surely much cheaper than many devices from big brands like Samsung, HTC and Apple. So what is your opinion about Xiaomi Mi Note 2? Do you want to buy one at that price?
