In 2019, many smartphone manufacturers launch 5G smartphones. Now, Xiaomi has joined the growing band of smartphone OEMs. In details, the Chinese company is set to launch the 5G variant of its Mi Mix 3 flagship. Besides that, Lei Jun, Xiaomi’s CEO, also unveiled that this phone will soon be launched in China. Furthermore, the 5G version features almost the same specs as the standard Mi Mix 3.
Furthermore, the Mi Mix 3 5G version also comes with the Qualcomm X50 for 5G. When it comes to the battery capacity, this variant packs a bigger 3800mAh juice box. On the other hand, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G version has a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. Moreover, the Xiaomi phone boasts the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and a tall 19:5:9 ratio.
Meanwhile, this phone works on Android 9.0 Pie as the operating system. Powering the energy is Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with Adreno 640 GPU. Besides that, the Xiaomi phone sports 6GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB of internal storage. However, there is no MicroSD card. Under the hood, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G version camera packs a dual 12MP (f/1.8) + 12MP lens on its back. Whereas, there is mechanical pop-up 24MP + mechanical pop-up 2MP selfie shooter.
