Last week, Xiaomi unveiled the arrival of the new CC lineup smartphone in partnership with Meitu. It includes the Mi CC9 and Mi CC9e. Now, the Chinese brand has announced through Weibo the launch date of this phone, with an invitation to the event. After Mi and Redmi, the CC lineup is the third brand from the company. This phone is expected to come with an under-display fingerprint scanner and water-drop notch display.

Keeping the light on is a decent 4000mAh juice box with 18W fast battery charging. On the other side, the Mi CC9 phone gets power from Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 chipset with Adreno 616 GPU as the processor. Additionally, this phone can sport 4GB of RAM and 64G of internal storage (no card slot). As for the software department, the Xiaomi smartphone works on Android 9.0 Pie-based MIUI 10 as the operating system.

Besides, the Mi CC9 phone features a 6.39-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, and a 19:5:9 aspect ratio. In the optics system, the Mi CC9 camera includes a triple 48MP primary sensor (f/1.8, PDAF) + 8MP telephoto lens (f/2.4, PDAF), and a 13MP ultra-wide sensor (f/2.4) on the rear.
