According to our legit sources, Xiaomi had announced the Mi 8 Youth Edition (also known as Mi 8 Lite) in September in China. At the launching event, the company confirmed three variants including 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM, 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM. Recently, Xiaomi has not disclosed the pricing of the newly announced 4GB RAM + 128GB storage version of the Mi 8 Lite.
As far as we learned, the device is likely to arrive in Europe, while Ukraine and France are the first markets to get it. Otherwise, the Chinese smartphone maker held a party in the UK and is planning an event in the United States. Perhaps, the Mi 8 Lite would make it even more markets around the world. From what we learned, the Mi 8 Lite is now available in colour gradient options such as Twilight Gold, Dream Blue and Deep Sea Gray.
On the other side, Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite specs arrive with 6.22” notched screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels. Under the hood, the chipset is Snapdragon 660 with Adreno 512 GPU. Moreover, keeping the light of the device is the 3,350 mAh battery and 18W fast charging, alongside a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
