After weeks of leaks and rumors, the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 8 continues to appear on two listing today: China’s 3C and US FCC certification. In details, the 3C listing does not give away too much information except model numbers, M1805E2A and M1803E1A. Furthermore, these China websites also confirm that the upcoming Xiaomi handset supports 5V3A / 9V2A / 12V1.5A charging (up to 18W).
Whereas, we are not sure there would be two models: Xiaomi Mi 7 and Mi 8; or in another case, the Xiaomi Mi 7 can arrive with a new name of Mi 8 instead. This is because the fact that there are two versions of the Xiaomi upcoming phone spotted on 3C and FCC. In details, FCC reports that the Xiaomi flagship shares 3D face recognition (like Apple iPhone X) and an in-display fingerprint reader (like Vivo X21 UD).
