Xiaomi Black Shark Helo specs
After teasing for quite some time, Xiaomi’s sub-brand, Black Shark, has finally launched the second-gen upgrade of their gaming phone. In details, the handset dubbed Black Shark Helo debuts in China featuring a redesigned body and top-of-the-line specifications. Besides, the device retains one design element with the Black Shark logo on the rear. Also, Xiaomi has integrated great LED strips on the sides.
Whereas, the phone has a new design with LED strips on the sides rendering a perfect look for a gaming device. Furthermore, Xiaomi Black Shark Helo comes in a metal frame with a patterned glass back. Besides, the screen size is a 6.01-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 18:9 aspect ratio with 2.5D curved glass. At the launching event, the company claimed that Black Shark Helo had scored 309,237 on Antutu benchmark.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi device works on Qualcomm’s 10nm Snapdragon 845 SoC, alongside up to 10GB of RAM and 256GB storage (unexpandable). Optics-wise, the Black Shark Helo camera sports 20MP+12MP dual rear cameras setup with PDAF and a 20MP front-facing camera. Also, the camera app features AI scene recognition, beauty mode, portrait mode and 4K videos recording. Meanwhile, keeping the light is a 4000mAh removable battery with an 18W charger. Notably, there would be USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, dual heat pipe cooling system and three microphones.

Currently, there is no information regarding Black Shark Helo’s launch in India. As far as we learned, the Black Shark Helo launched in three variants. In details, Xiaomi Black Shark Helo price for the base variant with 6GB RAM is CNY 3199 (approx. INR 33,920). Meanwhile, the 8GB RAM model has been priced at CNY 3499 (approx. INR 37,101). Moreover, the top-end 10GB RAM variant costs CNY 4199 (approx. INR 44,524).
