Two weeks ago, Vivo announced its first smartphone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 439, dubbed Vivo Y93. As for the specs, this device packs a decent 4030mAh juice box and 4GB RAM. Now, the brand is going to introduce an upgraded variant of this device named Y95. At first glance, the Y95 comes with a similar design to the Vivo 93. However, the new model has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The latest Vivo Y95 hands-on images reveal a large 6.22-inch FullView Halo Display with a resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels and a tall 19:9 ratio. Under the hood, this smartphone features a waterdrop notched display for a single 20MP AI front-facing shooter. At the back, there is a dual 13MP (f/2.2, PDAF) + 2MP (f/2.4, depth sensor) rear snapper with LED flash. Besides that, regarding the processor, the Vivo device gets power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset clocked at 1.9GHz.
Additionally, this device sports 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be upgradable up to 256GB via a MicroSD card. On the other hand, the Vivo device comes running on FunTouch OS based on Android 8.1 Oreo as the operating system. Whereas, the powerhouse of this device is a non-removable 4030mAh power box. As for the connectivity options, the Vivo device also supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS, and more.
