Vivo Y83 is one of the most awaited affordable handsets of the Chinese brand to come this year. The new Vivo phone is now available in Black and Gold color options. Besides that, customers can buy this device at offline stores or online via Flipkart, Amazon and Vivo’s online shopping channel. “We are pleased to introduce the Vivo Y83 in our Y series product portfolio with an outstanding performance and superior camera capabilities at an ideal price point,” said Jerome Chen, Vivo India’ s Chief Marketing Officer.

Next, let’s talk about the Vivo Y83 specs. In terms of the display, this phone features a 6.22-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels and a tall 19:9 ratio. On the other hand, the Vivo phone gets power from the MediaTel MT6762 Helio P22 chipset, along with 4GB RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. Moreover, the storage can be expandable up to 256GB via a MicroSD card. Besides that, the Vivo camera packs a single 13MP rear sensor with an aperture of f/2.2. Meanwhile, the front-facing lens sports 8MP with an aperture of f/2.2.

On the other hand, this phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo as the operating system. Besides that, the Vivo battery draws a non-removable Li-Ion 3260mAh capacity. For the security, there is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
