After the launch of the mid-range Vivo V9 last month, Vivo plans to announce a new budget-centric Vivo Y71. Besides, the Vivo Y71 handset is the first device of the Y series to come with an 18:9 ratio display. Meanwhile, for the security, there is the Face Unlock feature instead of the fingerprint sensor. In terms of the display, Vivo Y71 specs feature a 5.99-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and a tall 18:9 ratio display.
How about the processor? In details, Vivo Y71 gets power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset, paired with 3GB RAM and 16GB of onboard storage that can be expandable up to 256GB via a MicroSD card. In addition, the Vivo Y71 camera system packs a single 13MP snapper on the back with autofocus and LED flash. Meanwhile, the front-facing shooter has 5MP for the selfies and video calling.
Coming to the battery box, the Vivo Y71 battery rocks a non-removable 3360mAh juice box. Besides, this phone works on Android 8.1 Oreo as the operating system.
