Vivo Y19s specs
The Vivo Y19s were stealthily introduced earlier today. No, this is not a sequel to the Y19 (which was released in 2019), but rather a follow-up to the Y17s from late last year. The new model is not a complete overhaul, but it does have many significant enhancements, including a more durable build, stronger stereo speakers, and a bigger battery.
The phone is designed to be drop-resistant and has an IP64 rating, which means it is dust-tight and water-resistant. The battery charges at just 15W, so be patient. The retail package includes a charger, except for devices sold in the Philippines and Thailand. On the back, the Vivo Y19s camera packs a quad-sensor. It includes a 50MP primary lens + 50MP telephoto + 8MP ultrawide snapper.
Furthermore, the Vivo handset draws power from a 5500mAh juice box that supports 33W flash charging with the 11V/3A charger. Under the hood, the Vivo handset gets power from the Unisoc Tiger T612 chipset. Moreover, there is no 3.5 mm headphone jack, but Hi-Res Audio is supported if you use a USB-C headset. In terms of the operating system, the Vivo machine runs on Android 14-based OriginOS 4. Moving on to the memory department, the Vivo device ships with 256GB/ 8GB RAM, 256GB/ 12GB RAM, 512GB/ 12GB RAM, and 512GB/ 16GB RAM (no card slot). It also supports Dual-SIM and is IP68/IP69K dust/water resistant. Last but not least, the Vivo Y19s specs offer a 6.68-inch IPS LCD with a 720 x 1608 pixels resolution.
