Updated: OnePlus shows a Video of Lollipop based ROM
After the trouble which OnePlus is banned selling OnePlus One in India. Therein, Micromax prosecuted OnePlus for using Cyanogen’s technology in their devices. Micromax have an exclusivity deal with Cynogen. And according to them, Micromax was given an exclusive licence to create and distribute Cyanogen’s technology as a part of its devices in India.
Additionally, do you remember the table of elements which showed in the OnePlus’s forum we gave you yesterday. It seems that OnePlus is planning to create their own Android for their next phone.
Today, in the fourum of OnePlus, it said that the upcoming operating system will be called OxygenOS, or H2OS in China market, the last result after asking for community members to suggest names.
According to its news, OnePlus says that “we will be launching our own ROM in the near future” and will be “software that is open, customizable, and free of bloat and unnecessary features.”
One adding news, It seems that a lot of OnePlus One don’t be signed with Cynogen signature. There is a leaked photo shown a OnePlus One without CM branding. Although the image is quite of pretty poor quality and not reliable source and may have been edited to remove the CyanogenMod logo. But with all listed thing, it seem that its new image conlidates our doubt as well.

The news of OnePlus’s own Android OS- called OxygenOS or H2OS is definitely interesting with OnePlus fans. Although we don’t know much about its new OS. But atleast here are some images to shown a quick glance of the OnePlus Oxygen UI. Fortunately, its OS has a nice flat design scheme, good-looking, functional and not fussy. Very interesting when OnePlus completely buy the same group behind the phone. So sounds great for us.

After eveiling some leaked photos of their own Android OS, OnePlus has posted a teaser video which shown a Lollipop based ROM.
Therefore, the video shown us a OnePlus ROM report a near stock Android experience. According its clip, that it is a Lollipop ROM as the video goes in to the Android 5.0 Easter Egg.
