They almost debuted together but while Xiaomi Mi4s has already been available for sale in some markets, we are still waiting for Xiaomi Mi5. Though, don’t worry! Basically, Xiaomi Mi4s specs contain a 5.0-inch Full HD screen, a Snapdragon 808 chip, 3GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM (+ 128GB), a 13MP/5MP camera combo, MIUI 7 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, and a 3,260mAh battery supporting Quick Charge 2.0.
