Galaxy S8 camera to be able to shoot 1000fps videos!

Galaxy S8, as we all know, is the flagship smartphone that Samsung puts a lot of hopes on this year. From what we have seen so far, it is indeed an impressive phone. Furthermore, we have words that the Galaxy S8 camera will be able to shoot 1000fps videos!

Galaxy S8 camera will be able to shoot 1000fps videos!

Samsung Galaxy S8 is one of the most anticipated phone right now. According to previous leaks, the Galaxy S8 camera will only feature a 12MP lens. However, recent reports have suggested that it will be able to match Sony Xperia XZ Premium in slo-mo videos – that means up to 1000fps videos! It will make the Galaxy S8 camera one of the best ones in the market. This is actually great news for those who are anticipating this phone!

There are already a lot of rumors about the new Samsung flagship smartphone. However, this one about the camera is the most interesting of them all, since, as stated, the phone will retain its 12MP lens. This time, the Korean company will add DRAM to enable the super high framerates. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium uses Sony’s new technology to achieve that framerate, and as we can see, Samsung is using its own method to achieve that.

In addition to that, Samsung Galaxy S8 will also have an 8MP front camera for taking selfies. Also, there will be an additional lens of 3.7MP with RGB sensor, which is used for the enhanced iris recognition, a feature on the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The official revelation of the Galaxy S8 will be in New York on March 29, which will be very soon. We will see if any of the speculated features will be presented or not!

6GB RAM Galaxy S8 will only be available in China?

6GB RAM Galaxy S8 will only be available in China?

Back in January, there were rumors that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will have a 6GB RAM variant. Now, a new rumor is suggesting that the 6GB RAM model will only be available in China, ruling out its launch in any other market. The rumor came from a Weibo post by Kevin Wong. Kevin is the research director of IHS for China. The post says that the international variant of the handset will only be available in 4GB RAM option.

Samsung still hasn’t confirmed about anything yet. But if this actually happens, the Korean brand may lose some of its international fans due to favoring China. But RAM is not the biggest factor of a phone performance, so don’t expect anything special even if the 6GB RAM is on sale worldwide. Processor is the most important feature you should look for on a phone. And the Galaxy S8 is now known as the fastest phone in the world thanks to the Exynos 8895 chipset.

World’s First In-display Fingerprint Sensor Announced

As you might know, the fingerprint recognition is the fastest way to unlock your smartphone and also the most reliable among biometric methods. So far, the fingerprint scanners are either located on the front in the home buttons (Samsung and Apple) or at the side such as Sony, or at the back as in LG and HTC phones. However, due to the growing trend of bigger displays which occupy a much larger proportion of the front side, there is no more space for the home button.

Now, the Chinese tech company and leading provider of fingerprint authentication solutions, Goodix, has unveiled its new in-display fingerprint sensor at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 in Barcelona (Spain). It is the first fingerprint sensor integrated into an AMOLED display of a mobile device.
