However, Samsung is planning to upgrade their smartphones with massive 512GB ROM at least next year. As far as it concerns, the brand starts mass production of 512GB eUFS storage.

According to our sources, the new 512GB of storage remains the physical dimensions as the 256GB storage earlier. Meanwhile, the difference comes from expanded internal space inside the phone. In details, Samsung builds the ROM out of 64 layers for 512GB chips well as eight cores included, compared to the previous with only 48 layers.
