According to the previously released information, smartphone community gets a chance to see the front and the rear view of this Sony beast. Prior to the unveiling of Sony Xperia XZ2 on Monday, today we receive some additional details about this smartphone. As for the display, Xperia XZ2 specs might offer a 5.7” screen with 1080p+ resolution according to the latest information from @evleaks. Furthermore, this beast runs on the latest Android 8.0 (Oreo).

Under the hood, the Sony smartphone is one of the first devices to get Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. Besides that, XZ2 smartphone is also the first to feature 18:9 ratio. In addition, the fingerprint scanner of the phone now stays on the back and the audio jack is missing in this flagship. As for the battery, the Sony handset offers 3,180mAh with wireless charging. Meanwhile, the Compact variant gets 2,870mAh without that feature.

For the waterproof feature to ship with the beast, there is no official announcement from the company yet. Moreover, Sony Xperia XZ2 camera includes 19 MP (f/1.8, 25mm, 1/2.3″) for the rear snapper and 13 MP (f/1.8, 22mm, 1/3″, 1.12 µm), 1080p for the selfie shooter. The new Sony phone is going to come to the MWC 2018 event next Monday (February 26, 2018). As for the cost, Sony Xperia XZ2 price can start at $690 ~ Rs. 44,471.
