According to a report from a Georgian website Vortex.ge, they suggested that Sony will likely unveil two new handsets at MWC 2018 event. They will probably come with the name Sony Xperia XZ1 Premium and Sony XZ1 Plus! Regarding the display, Sony Xperia XZ1 Premium specs sport a 5.5-inch IPS LCD with 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution. Furthermore, the Sony Xperia XZ1 Plus specs include a bezel-free 5.5-inch IPS LCD with the resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.

Under the hood, the Sony Xperia XZ1 Premium takes power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. On the other hand, Sony Xperia XZ1 Plus (and Sony Xperia XZ1s) is going to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. Both handsets will sport 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM, which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD. Regarding the photography, Sony XZ1 Premium camera will include a dual 16MP rear snapper setup and 13MP selfie shooter. On the contrary, Sony Xperia XZ1 Plus camera rock a dual 12MP primary shooter. There is also a 13MP selfie camera on the front. Both Sony smartphones will have the latest Android 8.0 Oreo as the OS.
