The Sony Xperia XA2 is coming with a great upgrade from its predecessor. This Sony handset features a 23MP camera and 3300mAh battery box. Let’s take a closer look at our Sony Xperia XA2 review right below!
Sony Xperia XA2 review
The recently unveiled Sony Xperia XA2 bodes well for Sony’s new generation smartphones this season so far. According to our sources, Sony Xperia XA2 has improved much further than its predecessor Sony Xperia XA1. During unboxing, there exists the handset itself, a regular Type-C USB cable and a 1.5W charger. Sadly, there won’t be any headphones or cases along with the box.
From the review, the XA2 is shorter but keeps little wider while there appears a fingerprint sensor on the back. From the test, the handset Xperia XA2 shows the improved black levels and sunlight contrast ratio, compared to the XA1. Besides, battery life is good enough for such a mid-ranger to refill 30% energy in 30 minutes. Meanwhile, its colour reproduction and audio quality (poor with external amplifiers and decent with headphones) are what to fail.
For the performance, Sony Xperia XA2 scores the same result as HTC U11 Life and Motorola Moto X4 on Geekbench (4.1), Antutu (6) and GFXBench (3.1). In term of optics, the Xperia XA2 captures a great deal of fine detail in bright light and handled the low-light scenes well. The selfie quality comes soft overall and the images look out of focus. Besides, 4K videos shooting mode is also a nice stuff to check out. Find out more about Sony Xperia XA2 specs.
