According to the latest reports, Sony is reportedly working on a mid-range smartphone called Xperia 4. As far as it concerns, we found the Xperia 4 would be featuring a 21:9 screen ratio and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset. Previously, we witnessed the impressive screen ratio on the Xperia 1, Xperia 10, and Xperia 10 Plus. Whereas, the screen size of the upcoming Xperia 4 would be smaller than that of its siblings.
From what we learned, the 21:9 ratio is the standard followed by the film industry. As a result, the user now can play movies without any need to optimize for screen size on display. On the other side, the Cinema Pro feature will record videos in 21:9 ratio by default. Whereas, the new Sony is arriving with a tall design. Also, Sony Xperia 4 specs provide with a 5.7-inch panel, which will have a full HD+ resolution (1,080 x 2,520 pixels).
According to a report by Sumahoinfo on ESATO forums, the Xperia 4 is going to feature the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 710 processor. Furthermore, the hardware system paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. As for Sony Xperia 4 camera, there would be a dual camera setup on the back. However, no information is available about the configuration of the sensors and the front camera, perhaps dual 20MP+5MP and 8MP, respectively. Whereas, Xperia 4 is going to have a 2,800mAh battery. Also, the device would not have 3.5mm earphone jack, and come in Red, Silver, Black, and Purple colors.
