In case that you have never heard, Sirin Labs is a Switzerland-based startup that recently entered into the partnership with FIH (Foxconn International Holding). Moreover, they plan to carry out the manufacturing of a blockchain-powered phone. Based on the latest updates, the company has unveiled a blockchain-powered smartphone dubbed Finney. According to our sources, Huawei was in talks with the company to develop a ‘blockchain-ready’ smartphone earlier this year.
On the other hand, more interesting are the Finney’s in-display fingerprint sensor and its built-in ‘cold-storage’ crypto wallet. Moreover, the handset runs Android 8.1 OS with Sirin OS on top.
