OnePlus has new combination with SwiftKey, a new Team, new Logo as well as a new own Android OS (named Oxygen OS). The OnePlus One was a pretty successful device, stands out with its great performance and impressive price, while its phone is marketed in a somewhat peculiar way, with a super-hard way to own its amazing phone. But, anyway, the One was launched a long time ago. So, what’s about the next OnePlus Two? According to OnePlus, the phone will come soon, is aimed to hit the shelves for Q2, Q3 2015 but no exact time is confirmed though. The phone probably set as a direct rival of Samsung Galaxy S5, HTC One M8 or Google Nexus 5 well.
In addition to, we have found some reports, rumors, leaks of its mysterious phone so far, therein, they said that the phone will feature a remarkable redesign compared to its sibling. OnePlus also say that they will call OnePlus Two as “Lettuce” internally while its predecessor be called the “Bacon”. We’re just wondering about its name as a specific naming pattern so far, especially both names are food. But, what’s about Lollipop Android OS of Google, is a real type of candy. Wait for it.
The OnePlus Two will pack many differences than its predecessor, at least after a huge fluctuation of OnePlus. But, what exactly will the major changes be? It’s not easy to tell at the moment, although there’s a bunch of salt on that topics.
Expectantly, in comparison with OnePlus One, the handset will pack better LTE support and more update hardware as well. Moreover, the OnePlus Two speculatively ship with the latest Android OS (or Oxygen OS). In other hands, the handset probably point towards a 5.5-inch display, Snapdragon 805 processor, 32GB internal storage, 16-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 3,300mAh battery.
We’re quite curious to see how far Android would have gotten by the time the phone is ready for the market, as a lot can happen by Q2/Q3 2015. If this phone comes with the newest Android OS in time, that could definitely give the new smartphone a very successful release. Its OS update will a great marketing strategy, so it’s not a good idea to miss out on this great chance. Of course, they have to make some efforts into this strategy well. But, anyway, if the OnePlus One reportedly arrive with the latest version of Android up, we will not really surprised.
