Today, the first dual-notch phone from Sharp company, dubbed Sharp Aquos R2 Compact makes its debut on the market.
The company has launched this device in Japan with dual notches on the top and bottom of the screen. The one on the top is for a single 8MP front-facin lens, and the other one for the fingerprint scanner. Let’s move on to the display. In details, the Sharp Aquos R2 Compact specs feature a 5.2-inch IGZO LCD with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and a tall 19:9 ratio. Powering of this smartphone is the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset with Adreno 630 GPU.
In addition, the Aquos R2 Compact runs Android 9.0 Pie as the operating system. Moreover, the Sharp device sports 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.
