Samsung Indian smartphones aims to become India’s fastest 4G phones!!

According to Asim Warsi, Global Vice President of Samsung India, the company is focusing on multi-dimensional strategies to counter the growing competition. As you witness, multiple devices go official over the year across price segments and channels (online/offline). Based on the latest news, the South Korean tech giant brought its flagships Galaxy S9 and S9+ devices to India on Tuesday, which goes on sale in India from March 16.

Moreover, the new duo includes “Make for India” features such as “LTE Carrier Aggregation” to let users stream data 2.5 times faster. Besides, there is a company’s own loyalty programme “Samsung Rewards”. In addition, Samsung has partnered with telecom service Reliance Jio and Airtel for “LTE Carrier Aggregation”. The purpose is to give users higher bandwidth, faster streaming and downloads to be the fastest smartphones (4G) in India.

According to our sources, Samsung has the largest retail network in the country with over 150,000 touch points. Moreover, they had expanded its market share with its core strengths in R&D and innovations. In details, they invested $14 billion in R&D globally and have five global R&D centres based in India. Currently, there are two manufacturing operations ahead of Samsung curve in R&D towards ‘Make for India’ target.

Furthermore, Samsung continues to invest in and focus on various purchasing channels. Also, they will continuously invest and expand their reach both on the channels and the after-sales service network.
