Amidst the coverage the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the note 8 lately, a mysterious Samsung Galaxy X specs keep appearing on the internet. Judging from the timing and the looks, this could be Samsung teasing us about its next Flagship.

Samsung Galaxy X specs leaked: 28MP cam

Let’s talk about the design first because this phone looks gorgeous. It only takes a glimpse to realize that we a looking at a full-screen smartphone. Yes, we are talking about what could very likely be a 99% screen-to-body ratio. Volume and screen are the only physical buttons. The screen curved back to replace the edges. And the transition is so seamless that it’s hard to see where the screen ends and the metal back begins. Right now, we are living in 2017 but whoever comes up with this design is living in 2027.

And the Samsung Galaxy specs is no less impressive. The device sports a 5.9-inch super AMOLED screen with an insane resolution of 3840 x 2160 Pixels. No mention about the core processor yet but we can hope that it will be Qualcomm’s next chipset. The Samsung Galaxy X RAM sports a whopping 8GB and 256 GB internal storage. Although not the first, it seems that Samsung smartphone is on the part compete not only with other smartphone but also with low-end computers as well.

The Samsung Galaxy X camera doesn’t seem to belong in a smartphone. It has surpassed a few compact digital camera with a 28MP dual cam on the rear. The selfie camera has 22MP, also on par with some digital cameras. With the full-screen design, we will be cropping images out from reality, no longer taking pictures.

Samsung Galaxy X specs: wrong hype train though.

All in all, the device looks futuristic, both in specs and design. However, this is definitely not the foldable phone that we were teased years ago. At the moment, Samsung has not made any official statement about either this phone or the foldable one yet. We expect to hear from the company near the end for the year. So, for now, let’s not jump on the hype train just yet.
