Previously in March 2017, Samsung introduced a new trend of Infinity Displays with 18:5:9 aspect ratio. Despite the use of this unique aspect, the company could stretch the bezels without the need of a notch. At the moment, the company now goes further with a 19:5:9 aspect ratio on the next year called Infinity-V Display. According to the new report, the upcoming Samsung’s foldable smartphone – Galaxy F, is on air.
For now, there are no details about the aspect ratio, thickness or resolution of the handset. However, a new trademark is indicating that the Galaxy F would carry the Infinity-V Display label as the “V” probably represents the fold. On the other side, Samsung filed a trademark for the name last week in South Korea. Furthermore, the company categorised it under smartphone displays.
In details, Samsung Galaxy F specs include a 7″ or bigger touchscreen surface with 1440 x 3360 pixels and an impressive 21:9 aspect ratio. Furthermore, the foldable handset should run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 Octa processor. Whereas, Samsung foldable smartphone sports 6GB RAM with 128GB ROM (expand up to 128GB).
