The smartphone has been introduced to some countries in the South East Asian market for a few months, and the official Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro release date in India is set for September 26, 2016. The smartphone has a large AMOLED 6-inch display with a full HD 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution (~367 ppi pixel density). In addition to that, the screen will be protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 4.
Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro specs include a MSM8976 Snapdragon 652 Octa-core processor, which will have four 1.8 GHz Cortex-A72 and four 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53. The smartphone will run on Android v6.0.1 (Marshmallow) and it will have 4GB RAM. In terms of memory, the phone will have 32 GB of internal memory and a microSD card slot for up to 256 GB. Furthermore, the new Samsung model has an impressive non-removable Li-Ion 5000 mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro camera at the back is 16 MP (f/1.9) with auto-focus, optical image stabilizer and a LED flash. On the other hand, the camera at the front is 8 MP (f/1.9, 1080p). The photography features also include: panorama, HDR, geo-tagging and face detection. Additionally, the smartphone has fingerprint reader and dual SIM.
A high-middle range phone with all the basics that are needed
The smartphone has better quality set of cameras and a stronger battery than those of the iPhone 7, while the price is still lower than the newest iPhone model. Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro price is at Rs. 32490 (485 USD) and the phone launch date in India is scheduled for September 26th.
