Now, we have a live image of the alleged screen protector that shows us an up-close look at the cutout. In details, this phone features a small cut-out in the top-left corner for the selfie camera. Notably, Samsung doesn’t manufacture the display in-house. BOE, the Chinese manufacturer, is developing it.

This company makes LCD and OLED panels for various devices available in the market. On the other hand, regarding the hardware department, the Galaxy 8s runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset as the processor. In addition, this phone has 6GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage which can be upgradable up to 512GB via a MicroSD card. Furthermore, the powerhouse of the Galaxy A8s is a non-removable 3000mAh battery box.

Coming to the software department, the Galaxy A8s works on the latest Android 9.0 Pie as the operating system.
