Just a day after Huawei introduced that its Nova 4 smartphone can launch on December 17th, Samsung has finally confirmed the arrival of the Galaxy A8s. As we learned, both of these devices come with similar designs with a display hole for the front-facing camera. Recently, Samsung has shared a poster on Weibo, revealing that the Galaxy A8s can launch on December 10th. The poster shows the outline of the phone visible and the camera hole on the top left.
Besides that, the display can be called the Infinity-O display. Now, let’s take a look at the Samsung Galaxy A8s specs. As for the display, the Galaxy A8s features a 6.39-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 19:5:9 ratio. Under the hood, this phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie. Hardware-wise, the Samsung smartphone takes power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset with Adreno 616 GPU.
On the other hand, speaking of the storage, this device sports 6GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage which can be expandable up to 256GB. How about the optics department? The Samsung Galaxy A8s camera includes a triple 24MP (f/1.7, PDAF) + 10MP (AF) + 5MP (f/2.2, depth sensor) camera on the rear.
