Previously, we have caught many reports about many new members of the mid-range Galaxy A series. Today, we finally receive more information about the new Samsung Galaxy A50 handset. In details, the Samsung phone is going to arrive with a waterdrop-style Infinity V notch display. Furthermore, the source also revealed that the handset can feature an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Just in case you didn’t know, the Samsung Galaxy A50 device is one of the three Galaxy A models to equip the in-display fingerprint sensor. The other two devices are Galaxy A70 and Galaxy A90. Besides, they are going to come with the optical in-display fingerprint sensor, not the more accurate ultrasonic in-display ones we can find on the flagship Galaxy S10 series. Now, let’s get back to the Galaxy A50 device.

Firstly, the smartphone is going to arrive with a 6.0-inch Super AMOLED with the resolution of 1080×2220 px, 411 PPI. Under the hood, it is going to run on the Exynos 9610 SoC, paired with 4GB RAM. Besides, the handset also has 64GB storage which is expandable up to 256GB. Regarding the photography system, the Samsung Galaxy A50 camera packs a triple-lens of 24 MP + 10 MP + 5 MP. Meanwhile, there is another 5 MP Front Camera up front. Surprisingly, the handset packs a 4000mAh battery and runs on the new Android 9 Pie operating system.
