Recently, the Galaxy A40 has received FCC certification on Samsung UK’s website hinting at its imminent launch. Aside from the model number SM-A405FN/DS, the listing does reveal its display size and wireless connectivity features. Regarding Samsung Galaxy A40 specs, the handset equips 5.7-inch, which is smaller than that of A10, A30, and A50. Also, other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.0 LE.
Meanwhile, both the A30 and A50 come with USB Type-C. According to Geekbench listing, the Galaxy A40 goes with an in-house Exynos 7885 chipset. Furthermore, the hardware coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Otherwise, the smartphone supports expansion up to 512GB, thanks to a dedicated microSD card slot. Also, the phone is likely to ship with Android Pie-based One UI out-of-the-box.
