Aside from the recently launched flagship lineup, Samsung’s Galaxy A2 Core would be one of the popular devices in the low-end segment. In details, the Galaxy A2 Core is tiny by today’s standards with a 5” screen with 540 x 960px resolution (16:9). Moreover, the whole handset measures 141.7 x 71.0 x 9.1mm and weighs 142g.
As far as it concerns, the battery capacity receives a 2,600mAh power box. As we learned, the battery box takes 210 minutes to charge the device. On the other side, the Samsung budget device would be running on Android 8.1 Oreo Go edition. Under the hood, Samsung handset is shipping with the in-house Exynos 7870 processor. Otherwise, the budget device would offer 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM.
Besides, there would be a dedicated microSD card slot for expanding memory. According to what we learned, the Samsung phone sports a 5MP camera on the rear panel (with 1.12µm pixels and f/1.9 aperture). Furthermore, the Samsung handset has not confirmed an unspecified selfie camera. Besides, there appears micro USB, a 3.5mm audio jack (with FM radio support), Wi-Fi at 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 4.2. Unfortunately, the missing point here is HD Voice and NFC support.
