Within this week, many users have reported about their Razer Phone malfunction problem. In details, they said that the fingerprint scanners stop working on them many times. Furthermore, some people also claimed that the fingerprint menu disappears from the settings menu. Could this be a security problem too? For some Razer owners, they need to perform a costly factory reset to fix the issue. But not all of them are that lucky.

Moreover, the extensive gaming from the users also caused the Razer Phone’s display to perform worse.
