Pokémon fans take note!! Great news coming for you all: Pokémon Go – the long-awaited reality game by Nintendo has been launched to both Android and iOS today!
Pokémon Go launched – best news for Pokémon fans worldwide!
Those who love Pokémon may have heard of this since 2 months ago. And today, on July 6th, the game started to be rolled out to iOS and Android users from many countries over the world. Has your newsfeeds been covered with crazy joys and exciting updates from your friends yet? If you had a childhood growing up with Pokémon, and have been training your beasts till now, then you obviously will love Pokémon Go
At first, the app was planned to be exclusively for New Zealand, but we are glad it will be launched worldwide, including Asia starting today. It is said the US and UK markets will not be able to experience this game yet, but we can totally expect it to come some point in the near future. The game can be download totally free of charge on iOS and Android smartphones. However, if you want to unlock some characters, you may need to make several in-app purchases later.
Basically, the idea of Pokémon Go is that, you can use your smartphone to bring and and catch Pokémon characters and conduct battles in physical locations near by. Some of my friends are already sharing the beasts they caught, either around their office, on the street or even in a cafe shop nearby. How fancy this is?

Together with the app, a wearable device for Pokémon Go will be on sale later this month. This handset, which we introduced in a previous article, cost $35 and make the whole experience more realistic than ever. Pokémon Go app for iOS (here) is only available in New Zealand for now but the Android one (here) can already be downloaded in many countries.
