9. Maemo

This was kind of a product by the cooperation between Nokia and Maemo Community, used for smartphones and internet tablets. The user interface of Maemo comprised a menu from which users could go to any location and the home screen was divided into multiple sections such as Internet Search bar, shortcut icons, RSS Feed and so on. In 2010, at Mobile World Congress, Maemo project was revealed to be merged with Mobilin to create a new fresh called MeeGo. Click NEXT PAGE to know more about MeeGo!
