3. iOS

iOS was introduced on 29 June 2007 as the main operating system of the first Apple’s iPhone. It was and still is loved by lotsa people due to good performance and appearance. Currently, the newest version is iOS 9 and iOS 10 is on the way. One important thing is that iOS is only used for Apple’s products. No other manufacturer has been allowed to apply this OS to their machines, which somehow contributes to the iPhone’s fame nowadays.
