OPPO Reno series is now official!
At the latest event, the Chinese brand has launched the OPPO Reno series smartphones, including the standard OPPO Reno and the Reno 10x Zoom Edition. In details, the Reno 10x Zoom Edition gets power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 flagship platform and features the 10X lossless zoom capability showcased by the company at MWC 2019. Meanwhile, the standard Reno phone runs Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC and does not support hybrid zoom capabilities.
As for the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom Edition specs, this phone offers a 6.6-inch AMOLED (1080 x 2340 pixels). Furthermore, the OPPO phone works on Android 9.0 Pie and sports 256GB, 6GB/ 8GB RAM or 128GB, 6GB RAM (Expandable up to 256GB). Whereas, the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom Edition camera features a triple 48MP (f/1.7) + periscope 13MP + 8MP (f/2.2) rear lens. There is a motorized pop-up 16MP selfie shooter. Keeping the lights on is a decent 4065mAh juice box.
Otherwise, the OPPO Reno specs include a 6.4-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. Moreover, in terms of the software department, the Reno phone runs Android 9.0 Pie. Talking about the memory department, the OPPO phone comes in different variants of 256GB, 6GB/ 8GB RAM or 128GB, 6GB RAM (no card slot). On the front, there is a motorized pop-up 16MP lens. Lastly, this phone packs a smaller 3765mAh battery cell that supports fast battery charging VOOC 3.0.
