OPPO R15 Pro review hands-on

Though R15 Pro has just been unveiled, we have finally gotten our hands on the beautiful device from OPPO. As far as it concerns, the device did not sport the most high-end flagship specs, but it is sturdy enough for most people. In details, OPPO R15 specs included a Snapdragon 660 processor inside with 6GB of RAM and 128GB ROM. Thanks to the hardware, the device would give some high performance as well as excellent battery life.

On the front, OPPO is using the Samsung’s OLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution of 2280×1080 pixels. Also, thanks to the smaller notch, the display receives an impressive 19:9 aspect ratio for a bit more screen. Furthermore, R15 Pro is using Android Oreo 8.0 and upgradable to Android P 9.0 including customisable gestures. In details, users can swipe up in different directions for different purposes, or get back to regular on-screen buttons.

Meanwhile, OPPO continues to push its camera game to the next level with a 16MP+20MP camera on the rear-side (f/1.7) for greater low-light performance. Besides, OPPO has also included some artificial intelligence here on OPPO R15 Pro camera. Also, there is a 20MP front sensor with a f/2.0 aperture, which provides better images with less noise. Unfortunately, there’s no flash on the front. Whereas, the hardware has optimised some apps to not only take advantage of the more significant screen but to make them ever faster.
