In the past few days, the OPPO K1 appeared online. Moreover, there were widespread speculations if the information is legit due to a new series. According to our sources, a new OPPO model PBCM30 was approved by TENAA. Yesterday, we saw the first real image of this smartphone with a waterdrop notch on its big display. Meanwhile, a few reports suggest that the rear has a gradient colour and supports an on-screen fingerprint sensor.

Otherwise, a new OPPO model, PBCM30, was approved by TENAA, which is believed to be the OPPO K1. Furthermore, the biggest highlight is support for screen fingerprint recognition. According to what we learned, OPPO K1 specs use a 6.4-inch 2340×1080 AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. Also, the lights of this smartphone are kept on by a 3500 mAh battery.

Software-wise, the OPPO phone works on Android 8.1 Oreo. Under the hood, the OPPO handset is powered by a 1.95GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset and backed by Adreno 512 GPU. Furthermore, the onboard memory coupled with 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB configurations. Otherwise, the storage can be upgradable up to 256GB via a MicroSD card. As for the optics department, the OPPO K1 camera sports a 25MP selfie shooter and a 16MP+2MP dual rear snappers.

Earlier today, some Weibo users exposed a set of OPPO K1 preheating posters. In details, this smartphone is going to be unveiled on October 10 by 10:00. Also revealed by the poster, Oppo K1 price starts between 1000 Yuan ($145) and 1999 Yuan ($289) due to different storage variants.
