OPPO Find X 5G appeared online

As it concerns, OPPO has unveiled a working prototype 5G smartphone based on its swanky 2018 flagship; the OPPO Find X. Dubbed the OPPO Find X 5G, the smartphone was exhibited at the recently concluded China Mobile Global Partners Conference. In details, the event was in collaboration with Qualcomm and Keysight Technologies. From what we learned, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC.

On the other side, the hardware includes the X50 5G modem to enable such connectivity. Moreover, the smartphone is at the core of a wide range of smart devices connected through the 5G network. At the conference, the OPPO-Qualcomm-Keysight booth showed operations through the prototype 5G device. Otherwise, the company has also claimed to have achieved some industry-firsts.

When it comes to 5G network connectivity, there would be the first 5G video call with ‘3D structured light technology’. Furthermore, OPPO is the first company in the world to have successfully completed a 5G internet access test on a smartphone a few months ago. Also, the company plans to launch 5G-enabled smartphones in select markets outside of China by 2019. Besides, OPPO Find X 5G specs include a 6.4” AMOLED screen with 1080 x 2340 pixels. Otherwise, the OPPO handset sports Snapdragon 845 chipset, alongside 8GB RAM and 3730mAh battery.
