Back in May, the Chinese company launched its budget OPPO A9x. Now, a new variant of this phone has been spotted on TENAA, showing some upgraded specs. In details, this OPPO phone is arriving with bigger 8GB RAM. From what we learned, this phone was only available with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There is also a MicroSD card to upgrade the storage up to 256GB.
Moving on to the display, the A9x phone has a 6.53-inch LTPS IPS LCD with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, and a 19:5:9 aspect ratio. On the software front, this smartphone comes running on Android 9.0 Pie. Additionally, the OPPO phone works on MediaTek Helio P70 chipset with Mali-G72 MP3. Speaking of the battery box, this phone rocks a non-removable 4020mAh juice box.
It also supports 20W fast charging as well. Next, let’s talk about the camera system. In details, the OPPO A9x camera features a dual camera set up on the back. It consists of a 48MP wide lens (f/1.7) and a 2MP depth sensor (f/2.4) with dual-LED dual-tone flash. How about the selfie shooter? This phone includes a single 16MP lens with an aperture of f/2.0 for capturing selfies. Lastly, this smartphone comes in Ice Jade White and Meteorite Black colors.
