According to a report last week, they brought the complete spec sheet of OPPO’s upcoming A5s budget Android handset. Moreover, the OPPO smartphone has received certifications from India’s BIS and Thailand’s NBTC agencies. Meanwhile, the smartphone was also spotted on Russian EEC and Indonesian TKDN websites earlier this year. Besides, the OPPO phone spotted on EEC and TKDN websites as CPH1909.

Aside from the marketing name, the NBTC certification does not confirm any other key detail. Since the smartphone received certification by a few agencies, it seems to get official soon. Otherwise, the BIS agency also proves that the OPPO smartphone is arriving in India as well. As for OPPO A5s specs, the handset comes with a 6.2-inch LCD screen featuring a waterdrop notch and 720 x 1520 HD+ resolution.

Under the hood, the OPPO device runs on a MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core processor based on a 12nm manufacturing process. Otherwise, the chipset on the A5s is coupled with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Meanwhile, there supports further storage expansion up to 256GB thanks to a dedicated microSD card slot. On the other side, the OPPO A5s camera sports a 13MP + 2MP dual rear shooters and an 8MP selfie shooter on the front snapper. Also, fueling the budget OPPO smartphone is a 4230mAh capacity non-removable power box. Besides, the handset shipped with the Android 8.1 Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2.

OPPO A5s release date and price
