OnePlus X2 returns with 4GB RAM, 3000mAh battery!

In 2015, OnePlus launched another handset besides the OnePlus 2 smartphone: OnePlus X. This was the first step of the Chinese brand to the mid-range market. However, they couldn’t fight back against tough opponents like Motorola Moto G series. After a long time, it looks like OnePlus is ready to bring about the X series again. According to our sources, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is working on the OnePlus X2 handset.

In details, OnePlus X2 specs include a 5.5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with the resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Similar to its predecessor, this OnePlus handset also has the front and back glass with aluminium frame. There is a high chance that it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Moreover, this OnePlus handset is going to take power from a Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 chipset and 4GB RAM.

Regarding the storage, OnePlus 2X includes two variants: 32GB and 64GB ROM, which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. As for the battery box, the OnePlus phone is going to have a 3000mAh capacity. How about the photography? Under the hood, the OnePlus X2 camera system sports an 8MP rear snapper and 16MP selfie shooter. Other features that this OnePhone can have is the Dash Charge, Face Unlock and more! In terms of the operating system, this OnePlus handset is going to run on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) – Oxygen OS 4.5.10, upgradable to Android 8.0 (Oreo). Besides that, the OnePlus device also supports Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). Finally, this OnePlus handset can come with different colour options: Onyx, Ceramic, Champagne.

OnePlus X2 release date and price

For now, there is no official news yet about the OnePlus X2’s availability. However, we can expect this handset to arrive after the OnePlus 6 in quarter 2 of 2018.
