OnePlus 6T might be revealed a day early thanks to Apple!

As the previous news, the Chinese brand is set to launch its upcoming flagship on October 30^th in New York. However, the Cupertino-based tech giant Apple unveiled its launch event on October 30^th, and it’s in New York too. As a result, OnePlus has decided to announce its 6T phone on October 29^th. Besides that, Pete Lau, CEO, has shared a long post on his forums.

Basically, everyone boils down with this: “We did not want that Apple would steal our thunder”. Let’s move on to the OnePlus 6T specs. In terms of the screen, this phone features a 6.4-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. Besides that, the OnePlus device boasts the Corning Gorilla Glass 6 and sports a tall 19:5:9 ratio. In addition, this device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo as the operating system.

Coming to the processor, the OnePlus handset gets power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. Additionally, in terms of the storage, the OnePlus phone sports massive 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage which can be upgradable up to 256GB via a MicroSD card. On the other hand, the OnePlus 6T camera equips a dual 12MP (f/1.5-f/2.4) + 20MP (f/2.6) snapper on the back with LED flash. Meanwhile, on the front, there is a single 25MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0. Keeping the lights on is a non-removable Li-Po 3700mAh juice box with fast battery charging support.
