OnePlus 5 is one of the flagships coming out this year, after Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ made their debut earlier. It is slated to come sometime soon, and people expected a lot from this smartphone. OnePlus 5 specs seem incredible, as reports suggested. Recently, CEO and co-founder Pete Lau of OnePlus has shared some more information regarding the phone size, and it certainly made the OnePlus 5 device more attractive!

Pete has posted on Weibo, China’s biggest social media platform, that the new OnePlus 5 would have little thickness. Translation of the said post suggested that he believed the new OnePlus flagship would certainly be the thinnest smartphone. It is not clear if he meant all other phones as well, or just among the OnePlus line-up. However, one thing is sure: the OnePlus 5 would be thinner than its predecessor OnePlus 3T, which is 7.35mm thin. What’s more, Pete ensured that the company did not have to make any sacrifices to make the phone thinner!

There is a 5.5-inch 2K display outside, a dual 12MP rear camera, an 8MP selfie shooter, and Android 7.1.1 Nougat as the OS.
