Nokia is finally back on the market with Nokia 6. And there are also reports about a new device called Nokia P1 floating around. So here’s all you need to know about it!
Nokia P1 round-up: SND 835, 22.6MP, Glass Design
Actually, there are two new Nokia devices expected to be announced at MWC this month. One is a budget device, code name Nokia D1C, while the other is a flagship called Nokia P1. Recently, the device was spotted in a leaked video, showing its metal and glass design. The phone is based on a Sharp smartphone design, with a ceramic back somewhat similar to Xiao Mi Mix.
In terms of Nokia P1 specs, the phone is rumored to feature a 5.3” IGZO display, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The phone is said to use a Snapdragon 835 processor, although there are rumors that Samsung flagships have taken the first batch of the chip, leaving nothing left for other companies. Nokia P1 will have IP55 or IP57 certified and available in 128GB or 256GB ROM.
According to many sources, Nokia P1 cameras will be one of the device’s strengths. The phone will feature a 22.6MP rear snapper with Carl Zeiss lens. There’s also a possibility that the phone will come with a dedicated shutter. Other noticeable features include Android 7.0 out of the box with Z-Launcher UI and 3500mAh battery.

Like we said, we will get a sneak-peak of the device at MWC 2017. The release date should follow shorty, expected to be in April.
